Pretty decent boxed Mac & cheese. I like the short spiral #pasta and how it

grabs onto the #cheesy sauce. The sauce is solid and a good texture, though it does rely on you adding your own butter and milk. 13g of #protein and 7g of #fiber per serving when prepared as instructed. Huge list of vitamins/minerals on the nutrition label makes me feel less bad about eating #macandcheese lol.

I am a little annoyed with the #packaging from this brand though... their non-vegan products advertise Xg of plant-based protein, but then they also contain milk. So it's just a little confusing when you see them all on the shelf together. Luckily this box says "vegan" and you can always look at the ingredients to double check.

I was pleasantly surprised with this boxed mac & cheese .. I have to say

it may be my favorite dry packet cheese .. I used Country Crock Cream and Country Crock Olive Oil butter .. #veganmacandcheese
I definitely will purchase this again.. hopefully finding it on sale ..
The serving sizes seem correct.. 2 per box about one cup ..

Legendary. This mac is so unbelievably delicious that before my first bowl of the stuff

was gone, I had ordered 24 more. Creamy, cheesy, satisfying, and so delicious that no non-vegan would complain. The noodles are like regular noodles but packed with so much nutrition without compromising texture or even flavor.

I'm always excited to try any new Mac n cheese product. This particular one was

tasty, however was too salty for my liking. Perhaps I needed to add more plant based milk. The consistency and texture were enjoyable.
