Traditional toasted bread with crushed tomato. The tomatoes are perfectly ripe and I like that there are chunks instead of the usual more pureéd style. The bread is a light rye/whole grain that provides a bitter contrast to the sweetness of the tomato. That looks absolutely amazing, the simplest of dishes are always the best. Those tomatoes are making my mouth water just looking at them! Are they literally just crushed or any other added seasoning? Maybe the bread alone gives that contrast
