Review of Thai Green Curry with tofu sheets, vegetables and Jasmine Rice - Trader Joe's by yourfriendjen
This was a decent frozen meal, nothing spectacular. I heated it up in the #microwave because it only takes 5-6 minutes, making it a quick and easy meal. I feel like there's too much rice compared to the curry, I'd prefer a little more sauce. The #coconut flavor really comes through, especially in the first few spoonfuls while I was taking in all the flavors. Green curry is usually a little #spicy and this sits at a nice level. The container is 470 calories, so it doesn't feel like a heavy meal, but the rice helps make it satiating. 14g of #protein is decent, but wow 7g of #fiber!
Not bad, I probably wouldn't get it again, but I'm glad I tried it.
