Thai Green Curry with tofu sheets, vegetables and Jasmine Rice

This was a tasty frozen meal! The green curry sauce had more heat than I anticipated but it was also flavorful and delicious. The rice was helpful in counteracting the heat. I’ve only had curry once or twice in my life so I don’t have much to compare it to. For a frozen meal it was quite tasty and the flavors did not seem artificial. It felt quite spicy to me but perhaps that’s a mild level of spiciness for curry. Has a lot of protein. Could use more vegetables.
