Review of Bibimbap at Blossoming Lotus by ploopy
wooo i’m in portland for the weekend! if you have any restaurant recs, pls let me know!
this dish was super yummy but i wouldn’t say it’s very authentic, lol more like a rice bowl with some korean flavors, but i don’t mind! super satiating and flavorful dish, would recommend :) the soy curls are also marinated pretty nicely and the brown rice is cooked well
only real downside is the price it’s like $18 or $19…
