this dish was super yummy but i wouldn’t say it’s very authentic, lol more like a rice bowl with some korean flavors, but i don’t mind! super satiating and flavorful dish, would recommend :) the soy curls are also marinated pretty nicely and the brown rice is cooked well
only real downside is the price it’s like $18 or $19…

I tried donuts from Doe’s Donuts, a fully vegan donut shop and pizza from Virtuous Pie in Portland. I liked both.
