Choosing our third course I threw caution to the winds. I haven't eaten oyster mushrooms since undercooked ones put me in hospital four years ago but we were having such a great ride at this amazing restaurant and tgefood is so well cooked that I dived into this dish. The teriyaki sauce is better than any that I've tasted outside of Asia and the mushrooms were just te right kind of chewy.
