This is the first of an 8-course set plant based menu by this modern Cambodian restaurant. I was so excited to do this for my birthday and it did not disappoint! Each course had beautiful and unique flavours, all with local Cambodian ingredients. And it was so well priced, 38$ for all 8 courses. This first one was with a ginger dressing, amaranth and cashew nut purée, crispy ambok and cosmos sprouts.
