I was surprised by the texture and taste of these! I rolled them in Panko breadcrumbs with tarragon and pan fried them. I really like the texture and the flavor. i ate both of them. They were very reasonably priced at 3.50$ for two at grocery outlet. I got them at the frozen section but remembered to defrost them in the morning so they would be ready for dinner. not gluten-free! #meatlesseveryday
