Who said cauliflower was boring?! 

Actually me.. yes, I used to until trying this dish. 

Beautifully cooked, lovely combination with the sauce, onion and little pieces of pomegranate. 

I inhaled this bad boy in about 5 minutes. 

A must try! 100% vegan.
