This was delicious! 🤤 Romanesco cauliflower carved into the shape of a steak, and loaded up with Middle Eastern spices, herbs and seeds, roasted and topped with spicy chili peppers! This dish was bursting with flavors and textures and it was quite filling. Definitely will be going back for this! #singapore #steak #vegansteak

The #broccoli salad is one of the 2 vegan options in the mezze, the other being fried cauliflower. Finely chopped broccoli florets, radish with a generous helping of chopped #almonds and the distinct taste of the lemon makes this a good choice in the set lunch meal.

It was very interesting to realize that #fatprince was one of the first few restaurants at which dishes were reviewed on @abillion10 almost 5 years ago to the day. So very apt for a great team lunch with @vikas @davnil @omnionajourney welcoming @laurakantor22 to the team. Coming to the dish itself, the cauliflower was fried just right, and came with an amazing hot sauce. Lots of great things to come on abillion!!!

This was my first time visiting Fat Prince. They have a great lunch deal for SGD 29 where you get a starter, a mezze, kebabs and dessert. However, for vegans there is only one option and they should surely add more options. Conveniently located near Tanjong Pagar MRT and just opposite one of BlueSG charging points in case you want to commute by BlueSG. The waiters did a quick huddle when they came to know that we wanted an all vegan lunch. The cashew #hummus was very creamy and tasty and went well with the special vegan bread they offered as their regular bread had yogurt mixed in the dough. Gone in 60 seconds!!

Who said cauliflower was boring?! Actually me.. yes, I used to until trying this dish. Beautifully cooked, lovely combination with the sauce, onion and little pieces of pomegranate. I inhaled this bad boy in about 5 minutes. A must try! 100% vegan.

Woaaah i loved this cashew nut dip!! 100% vegan, packs a real punch of flavours and looks nice too! The pitta to dip ratio was quite low for my prefernce, would have loved a few more pieces of pitta to dip. Otherwise it was near enough perfect 🤗

Don’t think fried or baked(?) cauliflower could ever taste bad! Wish the portion is a little bit bigger tho since the bread has been removed from the set because it’s not vegan😶 #abillionlunch

Wow I literally despite peas but this was so yummy couldnt taste it at all. Bread was lowkey stale and not the fluffy pita I imagined it to be but all’s g bc the falafel was interesting. Could defo use more sauce tho as it tended to get dry af towards the end

No I did not have all 10 of these, they were to share 😂 It's a bit dry but the falafel is great. When I bit into it, it was a pleasant surprise to find some yummy mushrooms 🍄

Love the fried cauliflower! It’s always so delicious and I love that it’s just fried but not battered. This makes it crispy around the edges but soft and succulent too 🤤 and seasoned with a bunch of delicious herbs & spices! #fatprince
