Review of Not’zarella - Fauxmage by zsuz

This is really tasty! Even though, I screwed it up by freezing it. Didn’t even look, just thought I can freeze it like the other products. So I couldn’t grate it, but even by breaking off bits and putting on my pizza, it was really nice. Didn’t take anything away from the taste.
Non-dairy taste, melts nicely.
It’s not cheap, but the block is quite big. I have made 2 pizzas and there is enough left for another 2.
I will definitely buy it again and won’t freeze it 😅
