Review of cheeseburger at Plant Power Fast Food by unejanie

disclaimer – the cheeseburger does not come with an onion ring. I gave that to my cousin for her burger. She is an omnivore. She said the burger was delicious. She is not ready to go completely vegan but said she would definitely make some changes in her diet after spending a week with me. Everything at plant power is plant-based and served in compostable containers. Most of it still ends up in the landfill but I take mine home and compost them. #burger #veganburger #veganfastfood

avecdeschiens I love Plant Power! Basically Burger King without the murder. I love how they even call one of their burgers a “big Zac” 😂8 likesReply

vikas I hear you. Even in a world where we get recyclable or compostable packaging most of it just gets thrown into a landfill or dumped next to a poor neighborhood in places like India and China. Thanks for taking the extra steps. You’re making a big difference. 6 likesReply
veganadam I feel like compostable confuses a lot of people and home compost is the way to go, if there aren't compost bins provided 🙌 Hopefully your cousin becomes vegan. It is a scary prospect to many people but once they work out some ways to veganise their usual meals, I think they realise it's not so hard. #govegan 3 likesReply
unejanie she said she became aware of many things, mostly involving the cruelty of the animal industry and the evils of single use containers, while staying with me. she also said she felt great and her digestion had never been so good. we are a lot!2 likesReply
