I absolutely love @[Heura Foods](brand-634faa4bc9ec9d001c69eb57). I have their vegan Mediterranean chicken several times throughout the week! It’s great in pasta but I also use it in open sandwiches for lunches.  It’s so flavoursome and I like that they use olive oil as well 🫒

I also had the pleasure of visiting the Heura offices this summer and they’re such a lovely team! Dedicated and ethically-minded which is wonderful to see. This is fabulous and always used in our home, the mincemeat and sausages are also fab!!! I must do a review on them.
