By far the best coconut milk I have ever used! Super creamy, I tried it in a korma curry and tomato cream sauce. Found at the Royall Touch Indian foods supermarket in Corralejo. 4,35€ for the liter. FYI, emulsifier e435 may or may not be vegan, in this case it is plant-based but always a good idea to check with the manufacturer!! #sinoesveganonoescomida
