Such an easy and convenient #lazyvegan dinner! 90 seconds in the microwave and you're done. Unfortunately convenience also usually means #plastic packaging, which is one downside.
The #dahl was tasty though, a nice bit of spicy kick but not too much. I added some sauteed chinese greens, and mixed in some beans with the rice. Overall a pretty substantial meal. I'll probably buy again to have a spare meal in the pantry.
