Such an easy and convenient #lazyvegan dinner! 90 seconds in the microwave and you're done. Unfortunately convenience also usually means #plastic packaging, which is one downside. The #dahl was tasty though, a nice bit of spicy kick but not too much. I added some sauteed chinese greens, and mixed in some beans with the rice. Overall a pretty substantial meal. I'll probably buy again to have a spare meal in the pantry.

This is officially my favourite vegan ready meal. It tasted exactly like fresh made Dahl. The rice cooked well and after the recommended 90 seconds it was a great consistency and not too mushy or crunchy like some other rice I’ve had. The Dahl was fabulous it didn’t feel like it was trying to overcompensate for not having meat like many other vegan ready meals taste like. It also had a little bit of spice so it wasn’t boring. It was a good portion size as well. It also looked quite good and fresh for when it was put on a plate. It’s the perfect warm and hearty meal for cold nights and I would definitely recommend you have some of these on hand if you’re often too lazy to cook like me #veganin2020
