Being a GF product I can understand plastic packaging, but every cookie packed separately? I'm sure the cookies are not contaminating each other. As to the taste, they are crunchy, but maybe a bit dry, the sweetness is ok. Can't compare it with too any GF cookies, but I'm sure they could be better.
