These B12’s are 5,000IU and the label says to consult a Dr if you’re taking them for longer than 4 months… I didn’t notice that until after purchasing them so I’ll use these and then switch to one that I can take daily.

Are you taking these every day? I only take my B12 once a week, my doctor said taking them daily isn’t important as long as you have the right dosage every week.
