Review of Gusto italiano - panetto per pizza - Violife by fiachod
The main reason it took me 30 years to make the move from vegetarian to vegan was cheese. I liked it so much 🤤 and it featured in so many of my favorite dishes. The cheese substitutes available here 10 years ago, when I finally managed to #ditchdairy, weren't that good so I was delighted to discover the violife range, made from coconut milk. Though not that flavorful, this pizza cheese grates well and melts nicely and perks up pizzas and savory pies no end. The local supermarket only carries a couple of items in the range so I usually order from www.bio-salute.it who deliver within 2-3 days.
