Review of Fried Tofu Kimbab at Maru JaYeonSik Kimbap by xinru-t

Kimbap with fried tofu puffs, zucchini, cucumber, carrot, pickles, and sesame seeds. I was actually expecting tofu pieces with black salt and turmeric to resemble egg, but it turned out to be tofu puffs. Overall similar to the soy ham kimbap but less processed; would recommend this for those who prefer not to eat mock meat! Very convenient for takeaway if you're travelling out to places without vegan options. Generous serving! (4,000 won / 10 pieces)
