Mapo Rigatoni at Little Tijuana Neighborhood Lounge — Iszy's Review (Oct 20, 2022)

This is another crazy fusion from Little T's. This pasta dish combines Chinese mapo tofu flavors in an Italian ragu pasta coat. The mapo sauce has finely minced impossible beef and was the perfect amount of spicy. I was sniffling by the end but it was perfect on a chilly night before a concert. The scallions on top added a nice freshness. The menu lists "house rigatoni", so it seems to be fresh-made pasta! This dish is automatically vegan with no alterations.
