Review of korean bbq flavor steak - Plant Spired by mynameislisa

These "steak" slices are wheat meat bathed in a delightful yet subtle sauce. This was BOGO at the market so of course I doubled down. The texture is chewy and satisfying, but may be a little too realistic for some of you.

I plated it with some quinoa simmered in the broth after caramelizing sweet onions in the crock pot yesterday. So tasty!
