These "steak" slices are wheat meat bathed in a delightful yet subtle sauce. This

was BOGO at the market so of course I doubled down. The texture is chewy and satisfying, but may be a little too realistic for some of you.

I plated it with some quinoa simmered in the broth after caramelizing sweet onions in the crock pot yesterday. So tasty!

In the cooler section very unassuming. Tried it on a whim after my great

experience with the Trader Joe’s Korean “meat”. More expensive but delicious. Great seasoning and flavor. Texture was tender but not mushy. Had over rice. Would definitely buy again

This is THE SHIT.
I loved it tooooooo freaking much!
Compared to the smoked salmon made of

carrot that my husband dies for, this is a bit more affordable and def fill your stomach much better.
We fried it with #broccoli with #soysauce and some oil, simple #chinese cooking, and it MADE MY NIGHT.
You can of course eat it on its own as well, I d love it as a snack. But don’t eat too much tho, is salty!

Sweet and spicy Korean BBQ taste. The texture could be made crispy by sauteing it.

Actually tastes great with tortillas as tacos! Just put some avocado, lechuga, some onion..

This has really nice flavor and so easy to stir fry if you’re in a

hurry. Paired it with some cilantro lime rice and it made a great quick meal
