Ramen Dosa Wrap at Art of Dosa — Iszy's Review (Oct 6, 2022)

This all vegan gluten-free dosa food stall in Revival Food Court has some really creative flavors! This ramen dosa wrap is filled with ramen noodles, "Katsu", kimchi slaw, and Sriracha mayo. You can have it mild, spicy, or extra spicy. We went with spicy and it definitely built up but was manageable. I prefer traditional dosa flavors, but this is a really fun idea. I also love how the wraps are served. It makes dosa a bit easier to eat. This is the most expensive dish here at $14. You get a good portion, but I'm less impressed with fancy ingredients and am happy with potatoes and spices.
