This is quite the creative way to present dosa! I definitely was not expecting this. Usually I'd say the potato mixture is between two layers of dosa like a crepe, then you dip it in the sambar. This was like a deconstructed dosa. This is the crispiest dosa I've ever had! I think if I was to order this again, I'd get the masala Dosa wrap. I didn't really like adding the potatoes myself. I'd rather just dip it in sambar. I believe they were the same price at $12.50.
