Tri-colour Quinoa by NorQuinbandita's Review (Oct 6, 2022)

I used this to make a Southwestern Quinoa Salad for a potluck and got a lot of compliments. I often make a dish with mock meat when it's for omnivores, but it's also nice to make a healthy, tasty wholesome dish with no processed ingredients. It leaves no room for negative discussions about how high in sodium vegan food is, how a meat substitute doesn't taste or have the same texture exactly like real meat, and how expensive vegan food is. This was a very inexpensive dish to make that fed a lot of people, especially since I used whole beans. #NationalHispanicHeritageMonth
