Giant stuffed vegan chicken wing. Not bad - the outer shell has a pleasing crunch, with loads of textures within. I wanna say seitan and mushrooms and beancurd skin? Hard to tell. Not very flavourful though, and best dipped in the sweet chilli sauce provided.
