Beach Wrap at Seed Plant-Based Cafe — Iszy's Review (Sep 26, 2022)

I really think the name of this wrap is perfect. It does feel beachy, but not in a tropical way. It's more suited for a Northern California beach with cold winds, fog, and waves crashing on big rocks. This wrap contains grilled tamari tofu, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, roasted sweet potato, mixed greens, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and goddess dressing. It's warm and hearty without being heavy. It was great fuel for my bike ride racing back home before it got too dark.
