This dish my husband gets every time we come visit fam here!
I believe it’s one of their most popular dishes! It is delicious 🤤 😋
Consists of 4 tortillas stuffed with vegan ricotta styled cheese, grilled tofu and plantain. It’s topped with delicious mole sauce, tofu cream, sesame, chopped peanuts, lettuce, onion and avocado 🥑. If you are allergic to peanuts I believe it’s in the mole sauce too. Really excellent dish! A must try!
