Needs a little doctoring up but overall a nice warming lunch.
I didn’t realize that I had picked up the low sodium version. It’s a little bit bland so I added a splash of soy sauce. I’m used to ‘other’ instant ramens that provide a year’s worth of sodium in one serving so this was a healthy shock-lol!
