Preserved Orange Tart

Hark! Cafe

This was one of my favorite things from Vegfest! The orange center was so fruity and sweet. The crust was a wonderful base that was slightly salty. It almost seemed a bit nutty too. This was my first tart from Hark!, but I'll definitely be getting more! 10$ for this tart hurt, but it was large.
