This was OK for prepared tomato sauce. It was a little chunky and I don't like chunks but that's a personal taste. thought i would try something new because there was a promotion. next time i will go back to my favorite from trader joe's. I have started freezing portions of tomato sauce because it goes bad so quickly. I can defrost it as need it and nothing goes to waste. #tomatolover
