I remember not being the only perplexed face at the table upon witnessing my sandwich being served in a bowl 😂 In the moment I prompted the conversation, I realised… it’s The Kind Bowl 💚🥣

#banhmi is a spectacular dish in all fairness. A toasty crunch in your soft #baguette to hold a wealth of #deliciousandnutritious goodness 😋 My soul was nourished with the hearty helping of tofu scramble, fresh stringy cut carrots and a lot of identifiable greens. That was except the punchy cilantro 😵 Yes… I’m among those with the soap genes when it comes to cilantro 😶 The whole thing did end up tasting more sweet than savoury but it’s still a great #sandwich

I’m not a big eater so this was a stomach packing worthwhile $8.80 😜

Be warned of a sweeter bite between bun munches 😛
