Review of Potato Noodle Soup - NONGSHIM (농심) by ethicurean

I was pleasantly surprised at this. So good. Rich ‘beefish’ broth. The noodles were better than normal as they were slightly thicker and chewy. The dehydrated Asian veg were very good quality too. Not like that crud carrot you would usually get. You need to boil these ones for three minutes - soaking them in boiling water won’t be enough.
