Spaghetti with creamy carrot sauce, topped with Tropea onion in Marsala wine and bread crumble.
The original recipe included cheese shavings. Certainly this way the flavours are more balanced. The version without cheese is a little too sweet. They could have added some black olives or something salty to balance the flavours better.
It is still a very good pasta dish! Original and different from the usual. I really enjoyed it.
