The orange chicken was pretty tasty, but I don’t recommend putting it over their chow mein which was terrible! Dry and lacking in veggies and flavor. But I would get the Beyond Orange Chicken again. Mine came in plastic, so next time I will specifically request a cardboard container. (p.s., I didn’t eat this in NYC, but since PE is a chain, I don’t think the location matters.

Panda Express is what I consider the McDonald's of Chinese food. The absolute lowest quality you can find. Terrible from a nutrition standpoint too, but I remember when they first appeared on the scene, it tasted great and everyone loved it.
