It's so nice eating at modern times because everything is plant-based. I learned today that they also let dogs inside. This sandwich was very good. It disappeared quickly along with the dipping sauce. Ingredients include … birria braised seitan, borracho beans, charred jalapeño cream, pickled onion, consomme. it almost filled me up. We ordered a large french fries after lunch to make sure we ate too much.  Then came home for dessert.
