Cereal Ebi with Mango at Saute Sushi — patrickkth's Review (Sep 7, 2022)

This is Saute Sushi National Day Seasonal dish. Glad that when I visited, this was still available. Totally should be on menu permanently!

Some ingredients are fried, fret not, it doesn’t taste oily, the rice, mango and the orange colour pulps (which have fruity taste) balance it out and add some juice to each bite (btw, one sushi one bite for me 🙃)
