This is an alcohol-free version of simultaneously sweet and umami red yeast vinegar dish, fermented for a month to achieve an alcoholic aftertaste! No mock meat is used, and instead the ingredients are black fungus and mixed mushrooms. Served with rice naturally coloured with blue pea flower, marinated tofu, sesame oil white fungus appetiser, and an enzyme drink. The Ah Ma's Signature rice sets are my favourite mains at LNFC, tasty despite being allium-free. ($6.80, Allium-free)
