Really impressed by this! The rice itself is seasoned with thunder tea paste, not just the filling, and it’s quite flavourful. The filling also adds good texture with soft tofu, long beans and crunchy peanuts :) makes for a good and I think relatively healthy snack!
Comes with a lot of packaging though, because there’s extra plastic to keep the nori from touching the rice and getting soggy before you eat it
