Marshmallows aren't just for hot chocolate anymore! These taste delicious on their own but added a nice touch to a late morning coffee today. If I don't eat them all, I am going to experiment with them making vegan fudge. #sweettooth #marshmallows. they are much less $$$ than dandies.

They’re good cut up and added to brownie batter before baking too. Makes them chewy!
