The presentation of this #bibimbap like of bibimbap is simply spectacular 🌺 A timid #kimchi decorates 1 o’clock followed by strips of cucumber 🥒, seaweed 🐠, red cabbage 🥬, corn 🌽, and mushroom 🍄 all about the main protein in the middle. I couldn’t decipher what #fakemeat it was but really it was the combination of every element that made the meal so good. Served in a stone pot the ingredients whispered a sizzle as we poured the accompanying sweet sauce and tossed everything together 🥢 Honestly, I’d get it again 😋
