The presentation of this #bibimbap like of bibimbap is simply spectacular 🌺 A timid #kimchi

decorates 1 o’clock followed by strips of cucumber 🥒, seaweed 🐠, red cabbage 🥬, corn 🌽, and mushroom 🍄 all about the main protein in the middle. I couldn’t decipher what #fakemeat it was but really it was the combination of every element that made the meal so good. Served in a stone pot the ingredients whispered a sizzle as we poured the accompanying sweet sauce and tossed everything together 🥢 Honestly, I’d get it again 😋

Was so excited for this veg bibimbap rice especially because it comes with a fried

mushroom patty. It was pretty nice but not as flavourful as I expected somehow. The sauce wasn't spicy, which was good in a way, kimchi was also mild. The seaweed was very nice flavour. The fried mushroom is the best part, it is a cutlet, but I really wish it were bigger! $9.90.

Odd looking Bibimbap by Nature Cafe. Nowhere authentic but it’s not bad. I would rather

prefer the sweet sauce to be gochujang. The fried mushroom cutlet was yummy.
