Review of Kampyo Roll at MOMO Sushi by iszy

I haven't had kampyo before. Kampyo is dried shavings of calabash squash. It's then soaked in soy sauce, sugar, and mirin for sushi. I can definitely taste the salty soy sauce in the kampyo. It's nice that there's less need to add soy sauce on the sushi. I also enjoy the texture.
