This is a GNARLY vegan take on the Oklahoma onion smash burger. They took their hybrid 🐮-free patty made with Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat, added paper thin onions, and smashed it into an amazing savory and sweet caramelized dream. This, plus a slice of melty 🐮🥛-free cheese and house-made Thousand Island dressing inside buttery Texas toast made for a sensational sandwich. #saveveganrestaurants
