I thought I was grabbing the Swiss cheese flavor but grabbed smoked Gouda instead. It had a light smoky flavor that went well with caramelized onions, a beyond burger, avocado, and hash browns. I like that their products are packaged in as little space as possible, using less plastic. #ditchdairy #burgertime
