Review of Mushroom Adobada Tacos at Taquería La Esquina by alleycatz
I loved these tacos!
I absolutely adore mushrooms and these had so much flavor. They had a rich chili taste that was fairly mild. These paired really nicely with a smoky-charred salsa from their salsa bar.
Served with cilantro, cabbage & onions. I added the pickled onion garnish too as the raw onions with pretty mild and on the sweeter side.
I ordered ‘to go’ but love the vibe in their dining area-great murals on the walls!
Family owned and operated-really nice staff!

alleycatz I am! (Or so I’d like to think!) I studied film & photography in school but what I really love to create is mixed media sculpture/installation art. Doesn’t always pay the bills but who needs that?! Thank goodness beans & potatoes are delicious, inexpensive & vegan-lol! 1 likeReply
