Review of Antipasto L’Indeciso at aTipico by marbracco

Very typical Sicilian starter with: chips, onion rings, panelle (chickpeas slices), crocchè (potatoes balls), arancine (rice balls with either ragù or butter), “mozzarella” sticks, mushrooms crostino (fried bread slices filled with mushrooms) and arrosticini (seitan sticks). Accompanied with a nice glass of Cataratto and Spritz.
It was overall incredibly good. I really loved the arrosticini as the seitan was very well made, whereas I enjoyed a bit less the mozzarella sticks as the “cheese” was not hard enough — it looked more like béchamel — and not so tasty.
In any case, super advised!
