Universal Box at Mel Tropical Kitchen Limited — 🪴🥑🪲's Review (Aug 6, 2022)

I saw this stall at the Nottingham Vegan Market, and the food looked so good I wanted to try a bit of everything - luckily there was a choice on the menu to do just that! I enjoyed the array of textures and flavours, especially the ‘Mel tropical hummus’ which was slightly sweet and spiced. I also really liked the juicy tropical coleslaw. The vegan falafel was a little bit burnt but that’s my only complaint (and it was very nice too).
