My favorite vegan chicken recently got a makeover and I love this new version just as much. Flavor is awesome! I made a huge batch to take to picnic tomorrow to (fingers crossed) show an animal rescue group that vegan food is delish and encourage them not to serve pigs and chickens at their events. #uplandspeak
